development
A unique heat – resistant chrome – nickel heating element has been developed for TeplEko which has a high resistivity and exceeds 98% efficiency. Zigzag laying of the heater allows to create a uniform heat flow over the entire surface of the monolithic panel. The heating element inside the quartz heater is durable as it does not come into contact with the external environment. Its service life exceeds 25 years.

One of the most important elements of any electric heater is its heating element. It has the highest temperature and basically determines the operability of the heat – emitting structure.

Technological Stages
of Production
Preparation of raw materials
Initial components (quartz sand, refractory ecological binders and additives) for the production of monolithic slabs are stored in a closed warehouse of the company. In order to increase the strength of the monolithic slab, quartz sand is used as its main component in several fractions with high purity.
At this stage, factory laboratory specialists carefully control the composition of the quartz heater components.
Preparation of the mass
The initial components are thoroughly prepared. The technology provides for grinding, sieving and weighing of the components. Then they are mixed and fed into a machine for the production of concrete and mortar mixtures of various classes and grades, manufactured according to a special technical specification. The process of mass preparation is automatic, eliminating errors in the composition of the final product.
The operator monitors the readings on the display and controls the process. The solution is poured into the internal fittings of the heater. The own line for the production of reinforcement is provided by a special mesh machine. The reinforcement gives the structure rigidity, protects it from cracks and chips during transportation and operation. Precise adherence to the technology and compliance with the proportions of components allows to obtain in the end a monolithic slab of quartz heater with the required parameters.
Manufacturing of aluminum frame
The basis (frame) of the energy-efficient quartz heater TeplEco is a frame made of aluminum profile. It is made at the factory by argon welding. Reinforced aluminum profile gives the structure rigidity and protects it from physical impacts.
The reinforcing frame also serves as a mold, which is filled with mortar mixture based on silica sand, having previously placed in it a zigzag heater 0.4 kWh. In the painting chamber, the frame is protected from corrosion by evenly spraying its surface with two-component powder paint.
Molding and drying
At this stage, the TeplEco quartz heater takes its final shape. For this purpose, the mortar mixture of quartz sand and binding refractory components prepared in the unit for production of concrete and mortar mixtures of various classes and grades is evenly distributed inside the reinforcing frame placed on the vibrating table. Under the action of vibration, the mortar is tamped and distributed over the shape of the frame, while covering the heating element.
The structural pattern on the surface of the monolith is created by placing a plastic mold on its surface. Then the product is placed in a drying chamber, where it is subjected to thermal drying for 4 days. The resulting monolith gets rid of moisture, acquires maximum strength and the necessary thermal and physical parameters.
Calibration and grinding
To reduce porosity and make the surface of the quartz heater aesthetically pleasing, the dried monolithic panels are sanded. The final stage of quartz heater production is quality control. In the quality control area, the company's employees check the performance of the products by plugging them into the network for a long time and measuring the heating of the surfaces.
If there are external defects (cracks, chips, etc.), as well as violations of the device or production technology quartz heaters are rejected. Defective samples account for only a fraction of a percent in the total volume of finished products. All tested devices are packed and moved to the warehouse.
Packing
For safe transportation TeplEco heater is supplied in a branded cardboard packaging. Product packaging is made on machines, which allows us to reduce the cost of production and the final price of the product. The informative box clearly demonstrates the quality of our products and market prospects of TeplEco. Inscriptions carry useful information about technical characteristics, precautions and recommendations for operation. A protective film is used to protect the device and the package itself from mechanical and climatic influences.
Laser cutting
Competitive advantage of TeplEco is the presence of its own full cycle of production of both compact quartz heaters and some accessories for them, such as brackets, stands and others. Components are manufactured in the laser cutting shop using compressed oxygen and solid sheets of metal.
Laser machines allow you to perform metalworking with exceptional accuracy, using pre-made schemes and drawings. When used in combination with other methods of metal processing (bending, welding, powder coating) such a process is ideal. The products manufactured by TeplEco are characterized by impeccable accuracy of linear dimensions and angles.
